Abstract

Por medio de este documento los autores presentan la propuesta de UN PROGRAMA DE EMPRENDIMIENTO PARA JÓVENES EN EL SECTOR RURAL, QUE FOMENTE LA EMPRESARIALIDAD RURAL Y LA PRODUCTIVIDAD EN EL CAMPO DEL MUNICIPIO DE SIBATÉ, MEDIANTE LA GESTIÓN INSTITUCIONAL PÚBLICA Y PRIVADA. Producto de la investigación desarrollada por el grupo de estudio social STRATEGIC THINKING, en el programa de Especialización en Gerencia de Proyectos.

With this document, the writers present a proposal for a Program of Entrepreneurship for rural young adults, that promotes enterprise development and productivity in the countryside of Sibaté, through public and private institutional development.

This is a product of the research process developed by the study group STRATEGIC THINKING, in the program of Project Management Specialization. The focus of this article is mainly scientific, knowing that it was presented by Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios, in its regional branch of Soacha, to event of REDCOLS; where it was selected to be part of the XX Encuentro Regional de Semilleros de Investigación in the district on August 9th of 2022. This way, this proposal meets 2069 Law of 2020, by which the National Government promotes entrepreneurship in Colombia, with aims of supporting the growth, establishment and sustainability of social wellness and reduction of poverty levels.
